Dear Clients,

I would like to let you know that I am emigrating in July. My last day in practice will be the 30th June 2021. My practice and the work with the special people I call clients has meant so much to me over the years.

I am pleased to inform you that Lara Kruger will be taking over my practice. Lara is a Clinical Psychologist who has recently relocated to Cape Town from Pretoria. Lara comes from a psychodynamic background, and works to generate insight by exploring and identifying patterns that inhibit individuals from living fulfilling lives. I am certain that you will be in good hands with her as and when you would like to continue your therapy journey. Please see the “About Lara” page for more information.

I wish you well as you move forward.

Warm regards,

CJ

The decision to seek help is a courageous one, and the reasons for attending psychotherapy are varied; some clients are seeking a more fulfilled way of living with greater self-knowledge, some are grappling with difficulties of life stress or relationships, others are struggling with difficulties such as depression or anxiety. For most it is a combination of a number of these factors.

Attending psychotherapy is an investment in your wellbeing. Engaging fully with the psychotherapy process leads to sustainable change. In the work that I do, I strive to help clients heal their pain, overcome their difficulties, and grow into their whole selves.
